[28.01.2OO3] Kyrgyz Prime Minister to Participate at the CIS Summit in Kiev; President Visits Issyk-Kul Region

Kyrgyz Prime Minister Nikolai Tanaev today arrived in Kiev to participate at the CIS summit in the Ukrainian capital.
This informal meeting is expected to bring together six other presidents - from Belarus, Azerbaijan, Moldova, Georgia, Tajikistan and Armenia - as well as top envoys from Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan.
Kyrgyz President A. Akaev did not participate at the summit due to the forthcoming referendum
Akaev today visited Issyk-Kul region and called its residents to support the Government-backed draft version of the Constitution.
