Kyrgyzstan produced 74 thousand 400 tons of oil and 24 mln.700 thousand cubic metre of gas in 2005

Kyrgyzstan produced 74 thousand 400 tons of oil (100,4%) and 24 mln.700 thousand cubic metre of gas in 2005. Head of the department for construction and production of the ministry of industry, trade and tourism Nikolai Novitskiy and chief specialists of the department for fuel-energetic complex and balance Vera Mandycheva told the Kabar Agency. According to them, production is reduced by 16,2% because of stopping drilling works of Proadtek CJSC and incomplete load of Batkenneftegas JSC. Due to using new technologies on producing oil the Kyrgyzteftegas JSC is achieved good results by 103,5% and Anbang CJSC by 288,9%. Total investment volume in oil sector for 2005 has amounted to 3,46 million US dollars. Presently, Kyrgyzneftegas JSC negotiates with foreign companies in order to attract investments. /Kabar/
