51% of the stock in Kyrgyztelecom, the national telecom operator, will be put on tender on June 15, sources in the Kyrgyz State Property Committee told Interfax.
Initially it was planned to sell the shares in the second half of 2002 or the first half of 2003. The consortium of Central Asian Industrial LLC and the U.S.-based Deloitte & Touche is the financial adviser in the privatization of the Kyrgyz national telecom operator.
