Prime Minister N.Tanaev and heads of various departments met over 300 investors from Turkey, Norway, Germany and Sweden that arrived to Kyrgyzstan.
Head of the government urged foreign businessmen to invest money in the Kyrgyz economy, assuring them that benign investment climate has been created in the country.
Ministers for foreign trade, industry, finance, talked about trade and economic benefits of doing business in Kyrgyzstan. Several projects, including privatization of "Kyrgyztelecom" and construction of hotels at the Issyk-Kul have been presented to the potential investors.
This meeting was initiated by an educational institution "Sebat". Orhan Inandy, director of "Sebat", pointed out that they have invested about 30 mln soms into the Kyrgyz system of education. As a result a number of colleges and educational institutions have been constructed. And now they are appealing to foreign businesses to come and invest in the Republic.
