Kyrgyzstan expanded its economy 6% year-on-year in January-October 2003, according to early figures, to 68.31 billion soms, the national statistics committee told Interfax.
Inflation was 2.6% in this period.
Industrial production grew 15.1% to 40.78 billion soms, including growth of 8.8% in the mining industry and 16.1% in the manufacturing industry.
Early figures from the statistics committee put the foreign trade deficit at $112.8 million.
The official exchange rate on November 11 stood at 41.8672 soms/$1.
