The Kyrgyz parliament adopted the 2004 budget in a final reading on Tuesday, approving a deficit of 736 million soms, or 0.8% of GDP.
Revenue is set at 14.22 billion som and spending at 14.95 billion soms, the parliamentary press service told Interfax.
GDP is forecast to grow 4.1%, inflation is planned at 3.8% and the average annual exchange rate is set at 44 soms/$1.
The official exchange rate on December 9 stood at 44.2043 soms/$1.
