A citizen of Kyrgyzstan suffered as a result of blast in Surgut, Tyumen Oblast of Russia. He received wound from both foots and hospitalized to regional traumatic centre. His condition is medium. According to various mass media, admittedly, unknowns wanted to blow up motor vehicle “Reno” and for this purpose used self-made explosive.
