[20.06.2OO2] Parliament discusses current situation in the country

The lower chamber of parliament began on 20 June discussing current situation in the country. State Secretary Osmonakun Ibraimov, Secretary of the Security Council Misir Ashyrkulov, Prosecutor General Chubak Abyshkaev, Minister of Internal Affairs Bakirdin Subanbekov attend the session and answer questions of parliamentarians. Discussion would be continued on 21 June.
Ibraimov told the session that deputies of parliament Bektur Asanov, Azimbek Beknazarov, Duishen Chotonov and some human rights activists organize the public protests and they must stop such activity. Some parliamentarians supported him but the others replied that the government caused the problem itself arresting and sentencing Beknazarov to suspended imprisonment for his criticism.
