[22.04.23] In 10 Years Kyrgyzstan and Turkey Signed Over 90 Treaties on Cooperation in Education

Ever since 1992 Turkey and Kyrgyzstan signed over 90 governmental treaties on cooperation in education. Since that time 2 160 Kyrgyz students have already received their diplomas from Turkish universities, 921 more are currently working towards their degrees, reported Osman Nuri Ulsu, representative of the Turkish embassy in the issues of education at a press conference with "Kabar". He emphasized that bilateral treaty on cooperation in education signed by the two countries back in 1992 has greatly contributed to the fruitful Kyrgyz-Turkish partnership. There are a number of Kyrgyz-Turkish educational institutions in the republic at the time: secondary education lyceums and university of "Manas". 1 950 Turkish students attend universities in Kyrgyzstan.
