[23.06.2OO3] Kyrgyzstan Prime Minister Visits Tehran

Kyrgyz Prime Minister Nikolai Tanayev is currently visiting Iran, the governmental press service told Interfax.
During this visit, Tanayev will meet with the Iranian government and top businessmen to discuss Kyrgyz-Iranian trade and economic relations.
The Kyrgyz-Iranian intergovernmental commission on trade and economic cooperation will meet for the sixth time during the visit.
Discussions will focus on the participation of Iranian firms in the international investment tender for purchase of state-owned shares in Kyrgyz enterprises, the creation of joint-stock companies, the work of Iranian commercial banks in the republic's banking sector, and participation in the capitalization of Kyrgyz banks.
After the visit, Kyrgyzstan and Iran will sign intergovernmental agreements on cooperation between their finance ministries and the avoidance of double taxation.
